Kansas Motorcoach Incentive Program
Do you need
giveaway items to make your tours more successful and memorable?
Then this is the program for you!
The Kansas Travel & Tourism Division has developed an
incentive program that is quick and easy to use.
Once the required documentation explained below is received,
giveaway items, such as messenger bags, umbrellas, and inflatable
travel pillows, will be mailed to you within 7 days.
I. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY
Application may be
made by any travel agent, tour operator, tour broker, or group
leader who plans and promotes group tours provided that the tourists
being transported spend at least one (1) night per trip in a
Kansas
lodging establishment and visit at least one (1)
Kansas
attraction.
II.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
To adequately
determine the entitlement of the giveaways items, an eligible
applicant must provide the following documentation to the Kansas
Travel & Tourism Division:
A.
One (1) copy of the detailed itinerary.
The itinerary must include:
a.
Attractions visited, restaurants patronized, and
lodging establishments where overnight stay was conducted.
b.
Dates of the tour.
c.
Name of motorcoach company used for the tour.
III. HOW TO
APPLY
Eligible applicants
must mail, e-mail, or fax the required documentation at least two
(2) weeks prior of the tour to the following address:
